For the second year, this new initiative at Rainbow features children of various ages participating and helping lead the evening, and is on at The Oasis in King Street, Rainbow, this coming Sunday, December 14.

Compered by Lutheran Pastor, Lucas Matuschka and with music led by local keyboardist, Wayne Nitschke, it is once again promising to be a night of community singing, joy and hope.

With something for everyone, the event will start with a sausage sizzle cooked by the Lions Club and drinks for sale from the local Scouts, from 6-7pm.

The carols will start at 7.30pm and it is hoped a highlight of a Nativity during the singing will once again happen.

While planned to be outdoors in the courtyard, am indoor alternative is available if weather is problematic.

It is hoped the community will support this opportunity to share together at Christmas time, and promote peace and goodwill amongst neighbours in the Rainbow district.
