Tiny Towns Grant application deadline extended
The Victorian Government is giving the state’s smallest towns an extra month to apply for a Tiny Towns Fund grant, offering regional communities more time to apply for support to help improve their towns.

Regional Development minister Jaclyn Symes announced on Tuesday that applications for Round 3 of the $20 million Tiny Towns Fund have been extended by four weeks and will now close at 4pm on Wednesday, March 4.
“These past weeks have seen great heartbreak and destruction across our regions, so we’re extending the Tiny Towns funding application period to give regional communities more time to finalise their applications,” she said.
Grants of between $5000 and $50,000 are available to towns with fewer than 5000 people for projects that provide more opportunities to connect, attract visitors, improve facilities and deliver infrastructure upgrades.
